Apartment with a living area of 130sqm.This duplex apartment is a two storey property. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed with 2 beds, 2 bathrooms with shower and 1 with a bath tub, a living room with a sofa, 2 armchairs, a television (with national and internacional channels) and a perfect table for meals with your family, on a quiet and modern environment. The apartment has a nice balcony and a terrace with an ocean view, perfect for sunsets. Wi-fi is included.
The fully equipped kitchen offers all the utensils to prepare meals (with table, cooking utensils, electric hob, fridge, microwave, oven, electric kettle, electric blender, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher) or alternatively, within 1 km radius, a variety of restaurants and bars can be found.
In the surroundings there are several beaches, being the beach of IIha de cabanas the nearest which access is by boat. Tavira city is a short 5-minute drive and 30-minute drive from Faro International Airport. The village of Cabanas lies on the Eastern Algarve facing the lagoons of the Ria Formosa Natural Reserve and the Island of Cabanas. Cabanas is a former fishing village whose origin goes back to the old days of tuna fishing in this area, and which even today remains a picturesque fishing village and now a popular tourist destination due to its beautiful beach located on an island just offshore and its binding to the Ria Formosa and Atlantic Ocean. In the area there are several activities such as beach, golf, biking, canoeing, water sports, trekking, horseriding, bird watching, fishing, events and cultural heritage, restaurants, cafés and bars.For golf lovers, there are several golf courses within 10 kms, such the Benamor Golf is just 3 minutes drive and there other golf courses witihn 15 minutes drive enjoy the fabulous facilities as well as one of the most challenging courses in the area such Quinta da Ria, Quinta de Cima, Monte Rei, Castro Marim Golf and others
The iconic and historic city of Tavira is just 5km to west, one of the oldest towns in the Algarve and considered to be one of the most beautiful town in the whole region, famous for its architecture, culture and natural and cultural heritage. Tavira has a romantic setting by the river Gilão and the seven-arch Roman bridge. In the region there some other gorgeous small villages like Santa Luzia, Cacela Velha, Vila Real de Santo António and Castro Marim.
MINIMUM STAYS: 2 Nights from September to June and 7 Nights (1 week) in July and August.

THE PRICES INCLUDES:
- Accommodation per night, water, electricity, gas, maintenance of the garden and pool.
- Cleaning Services: Includes a complete cleaning with towels and linen changed weekly (each 7 nights of stay/after 1 week stay). The property has equipments for cleaning such as (washing machine, mop, broom, iron and ironing board, clothes line).
- The accommodation is intended for holiday rentals and are furnished and equipped to accommodate the number of occupants indicated as the house maximum capacity. Rates are subject to change without prior notice and may not be considered for contractual purposes. The descriptions and prices published per property/accommodation in a self-catering regime, in Euros (€) and include all taxes.
THE PRICES DO NOT INCLUDES:
Cleaning services: Daily cleanings, mid-week cleaning, mid-week towels nor bed linen change, washing dishes, laundering of personal items, hygienic and cleaning supplies.
CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT:
- All rates are in € Euros. Payments by Bank transfer or cash.
- Any holiday booked will require a non-refundable deposit of 30% from the total stay and the balance settled 30 days prior to arrival. Any booking made less than 29 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Damage Deposit: A cash deposit of 300,00 Euros for villas and 200,00 Euros for apartments is required upon arrival to cover any possible damages.
- All cancellation notices must be made in writing. The initial payment/deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of 30% of the accommodation cost. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will forfeit all monies paid.
- In case of no-show, the entire stay will be charged.
- Late check-in: between 7:00 pm and 12:00 pm = 30€ / After 12:00 pm = 50€
- Late check-out: 15€ per hour (subject to availability)
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed within the property.
- The property is privately owned and decorated and furnished to the owner’s individual taste.
- Guests will be met at the house, or otherwise informed where to locate the key and visited soon after arrival.
